Cabin Ding Dong Chime During Cruise

As the title suggests I often get a 'Cabin' ding dong chime during the cruise.

Am I supposed to answer this in some way ?

Yes, this is intentional. It is part of the "Auto Cabin Crew" logic which simulates calls between the passengers and the cabin crew, as well as inter-cabin calls between the galleys. These calls happen at random intervals when the aircraft is in the air.
