Traffic Enroute

I see plenty of traffic on the ground before departure. However, I only saw one other aircraft on a flight from BOS - DPA. There should be many more. Is there a setting I can adjust in the traffic control center? I understand how to adjust the number at the departure airport. Just not enroute. Thanks in advance.

The enroute traffic volume can be increased using the 'Time Before Cruise Traffic Spawning (Mins)' value located on the Traffic Control Centre > Options page.

The lower this value, the more frequently cruise traffic will spawn.
