Trying to understand the FADEC fault/off buttons. If I switch off during flight, there appears to be no way to switch back on. In other words, buttons stay illuminated showing 'OFF' in white. What is the intended behavior and how do you turn back on?

After switching off a FADEC unit by pressing one of the FADEC fault/off buttons on the main instrument panel, pressing the button for a second time should turn back on the FADEC unit. There may, however, be a short delay between the button being pressed and the FADEC turning back on (approx 5-10 seconds).

Hi Mark. Thanks for your response. After today's marketplace update, pressing the button again turns back on FADEC unit after a few seconds.

Is this supposed to happen in 2024 as well? It doesn't for me, not sure why

Yes, the systems logic is identical in all of our aircraft in both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024.

In the RJ, pressing one of the FADEC fault/off buttons will turn OFF the respective FADEC unit. Pressing it a second time will turn ON the respective FADEC unit (after a short delay).

I have just tested this on my end in MSFS 2024, and it is working as above, so if you're seeing anything else, could I kindly ask you to raise a support ticket with Just Flight Support via the following link, and our support team will be able to assist with further troubleshooting: https://www.justflight.com/support
