According to the manual, the runway exit lights should be inhibited by the weight-on-wheels sensor. I believe I've observed IRL, too—i.e., these lights turn off when the a/c lifts off the runway, and come back on upon touchdown. This doesn't appear to be modeled correctly, however, as I can still see these lights reflecting on the engines and wing from the cabin view when airborne. Would it be possible to take a look at this?

Are You sure that the Wing lights are turned off - they alos light up the leading edges of the wing and engines.

Yes, they light up a different part of the wing/engines than the wing lights. I've tested it by turning on/off the runway exit lights, specifically, so I know it's not the wing lights. Here's an IRL example: https://youtu.be/d7AlLUg5S74?t=251.

Have you considered the wing inspection lights? They are situated in the same perspex fairing as the runway exit lights and are controlled by a switch on the lights and notices panel. They are not weight switched.
