Turn off the visible First Officer

I have looked and looked and cannot find a click spot to do this. Any information appreciated. Love the product.

On the EFB, press the cog at the top left of the page to open the Configuration Menu. Then there is a "COCKPIT PILOTS" option which toggles on/off the copilot avatar.

Its the "cockpit pilots" checkbox under the aircraft section of the EFB, under settings if you click the little gear icon in the top left corner of the Aircraft "app"
