Is it possible to add an instant or quick option for IRS to align please?

Make sure to set the switches to align then put in the coordinates and then set them to nav. While not instant, it should be a quicker alignment.

Same. My IRS2 aligned normally, but IRS1 does not seem to want to align. Maybe the real aircraft is this way but there does not appear to be a way to even tell if it is in the process of aligning - No countdown clock for example. Is there a way to "reset" the align process to start over?

Found this great tip. Worked for me: https://support.justflight.com/support/solutions/articles/17000142822-how-long-does-it-take-for-the-irs-to-align-is-there-a-fast-align-option-

Yes that's what I found as well and is a great way to fast align!

Is there a way to see how long alignment will take? No problem with the time it takes, just wondering if there is a way to see the minutes?

There isn't any way to see how long is left on the alignment process in the aircraft. However, as a general rule of thumb alignment will take 2.5 minutes at the equator, and can take as long as 15 minutes at 70 degrees latitude.

The FAQ posted a few comments above also includes a fast align 'hack' if you wish to speed up the process.
