Yep, check: \Community\justflight-aircraft-rj\Documents in there you'll find the Operations Manual, and in there is a step by step Tutorial. There is a Tutorial folder by that just has the flight plan for the Tutorial in the manual. Check the Fly the RJ chapter in the manual.

The RJ Professional Operations Manual includes a tutorial for the RJ itself. The GNLU-910A FMS Operations Manual covers a generic tutorial for the GNLU-910A FMS.
