Hide yoke?

Hi,
I have searched (and clicked) high and low but I couldn't find out how to hide the yoke(s).
(146 V2)Please enlighten me

Left of the yoke, area of sidepanel. There is a big T-handle for the rudder pedal position (in real life) In the 146 it lowers the yoke.

It is labeled "PEDAL ADJ"

It is; on page 77 under the heading of "Flight Controls".
