Dc Designs F-5E Tiger II Installation issue !

Hello ,

Today i downloaded the new Version of the Dc Designs :
SCDF5E_TigerII_1.0.1

Unfortunately i keep on getting the following error and i cannot continue with the Installation of the product !

I had No issues Installing the first version !

Error Number : 0x80040703
Falied to find DLL function : ACCOUNTX.CheckKey_146
