It doesn't threaten them. It breaches them. If you copyright something and include a EULA and then allow someone to use part of it for free then you have no defence if someone starts using other files from your software. We don't make up copyright law - them's the rules.

Hi once again Dean, I am sorry to ask this here, but i could not find another avenue to contact. I have purchased your F4 Phantom in the in game (FS2020) Marketplace some time back, however, i have executed a flight today 14/06/2024 and i have found that the external model has all but dissapeared. I have deleted the F4, and reinstalled it via markeplace, retarted the sim , and it seems to be the same. I have today on this date updated my OS via my MS updates, ahave the latest nvidia card drivers, and i am not sure if you could perhaps provide any insight into this issue? I have not seen this before? Many Thanks dean for all your hard work .
