My F/O won't talk to me!

Not sure why but I've never had a callout from the 146.

Here are my lighting panels on T/O which should enable the callouts. Can anyone spot what I'm doing wrong?

Hey mate, yep I set it after doing the FMS planning.

One thing that caught me out and seemed to suppress callouts was not pinging the crew to take seats for takeoff

Hey mate, that could be a thing. I usually fly freighter versions and it never occurred to me to do that.

The triggers iirc are Beacon, Landing, Strobe, and Navigation lights. Looking at your screenshots the thing that stands out to me is your Nav lights are set to Low rather than High Intensity.
