Since MSFS SU8 no longer need to switch tanks?

I noticed that since SU8 of MSFS the fuel tanks switch automatically, which rather spoils things. Is there some settings somewhere? 'Unlimited fuel' is OFF and I can't see any other settings for fuel.

@clarkac There is a setting on the EFB or auto tank switching.
