Cargo Traffic Hangs During Compiling v 1.1.2.3

As the title states, Every time I try and compile, it gets stuck at the cargo traffic. I have had this issue in every single version.

This is a very old issue with TG and has never been fixed as in my case for P3Dv4. I untick the cargo sections then compile and its works. Despite this cargo traffic appears at airports. I have added quite a few cargo flight plans myself which is quite easy to do using the "Add New Flight Plan" section.
