When setting altitude hold the Archer III drops 200 feet and then holds altitude. I noticed this issue when I purchased the aircraft quite a while ago and have been waiting for a fix. I am now running version 1.05 and the issue still exists. The only work around so far it to put the aircraft on altitude hold 200 feet above the desired altitude. But it would be nice to have it just hold the selected altitude.

@jfwharton Well I guess it doesn't matter to Just Flight that the autopilot in their aircraft does not work correctly. I'll have to think further about purchasing any more Just Flight aircraft.

Apologies, I ended up here from the Unread notifications and read it as Arrow and not Archer

I thought this was referencing the MSFS bug, my apologies for the confusion!
