Rudder animation scale parameter missing

Currently in V0.3 there is an error in the rudder animation... when you deflect the rudder pedals to only 50%, the rudder will move to 100%, and remain at full deflection as you continue applying the remaining 50% of pedal deflection. This is only an animation error, the flight model rudder deflection is continuous from 0 to 100%, as it should be.
This animation error can be corrected by adding this missing <Scale> parameter to the JF_PA28_EXT.xml file (This file is under the MODEL folder). Right click on the file and select EDIT, then search for "rudder" to locate this part of the file...

This is unfortunately an issue that nags me each time I do my controls check.

The rudder pedals animations are also affected by this issue.
