Mixture Stuck

Since the last release I have noticed every now and then the Mixture handle gets stuck and cannot go below 40%. At first I thought maybe it was my physical throttle control, but I can't even open the mixture to turn off the engine.

@vcapra1 Ah... That explains why I have only seen it sometimes. Normally I start from cold/dark, so not engaged. But every now and then when I test something I skip the startup and start on the runway. Lock engaged. :) The real piper I fly does not have that.
