Who's lying?

During some pattern work I brought up the EFB on my final approach and got confused as it told me I had a tail wind while the wind sock on the field in front of me indicated a head wind. So, who's lying??

The EFB. It seems to mix up head/tailwind and left/right crosswind all together.
