    Hey!

Me and a friend of mine have been flying the PA28 in the UK for some trips now, and great fun so far!

However, we've noticed that it appears like the wind components on the tablet are reversed of what they're supposed to be. That is to say, if you actually have 25kt headwind, the tablet will write it as tailwind, and vice versa.

    Have anyone else noticed this?

    EDIT

It does the same thing on the Garmin GPS 100 unit.

Example right now: My indicated airspeed is 110. The Tablet / Garmin reports 21kt headwind, however my groundspeed is 131kt.

    Something doesn't add up 😃

Two of my friends mentioned the same thing today. I was busy handling my own problems, so didn’t do any calculations to confirm. Just thought I’d mention you are not alone.

Cheers! Glad to know we're not alone in experiencing it at least!
