    Hello,

I've got a question about GSX with the 100 Freighter. I own the MSFS 2024 marketplace version of the product and all of the passenger variants work flawlessly with GSX. As I've recently been diving more into cargo ops, I wanted to start flying the freighter and disappointingly, GSX seems to have an issue with this variant - it says it can’t recognize the plane type from Simbrief. And when I request boarding anyway, it tries to attach air stairs to the non existent rear passenger door and also sends passengers - basically it just doesn’t work. I've seen others online mention it should work just fine, so it looks like a problem specific to me, but I'm really not sure how to even diagnose what might be wrong.

I do recall seeing GSX-related feedback specific to the marketplace versions of our products, and I would need to check with the rest of the team whether we ship our custom GSX profiles with the marketplace versions of our products or not (there are marketplace limitations for what files can be included in a package, and GSX.cfgs may fall outside of that).

The following link should get you our custom GSX Profiles for the RJ100QT: https://justflight.sharefile.com/public/share/web-sa7cb2ad535ef43cab9b6c60342036d2b

To install, you'll need to extract the "JF_RJ_QT" folder into the following location:

      C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\virtuali\Airplanes

      Hope that helps.
