F28 EFB console issues

Just bought the F28 on console and it lives up to the expectations but the EFB which is a big part of the realism for me seems to be faulty. I’m on controller so a built in keyboard is necessary for us and I know there is one built in to the EFB but the issue is I can’t click the button by any means. So that basically kills the whole OFB, notes and charts pages since you need a keyboard to type in the ICAO’S etc. And last but not least the checklist page is fully unresponsive to my rapid clicking. I have uninstalled the game and the mod and then reinstalled them but nothing does the trick. I am asking for any help at all, anything helps! Thank you.

@Derek Perfect, there is a problem with that unfortunately. The system seems to not recognise my email in any way, even though I have logged in and am able to type and create forums I can not create a ticket at all.
If you bought it on console then you won't have a Just Flight account.
