Performance tables are lying?

Since the image upload does not work I try to put it in text.
I am at FL060 3 °C OAT. Power settings table shows 24.3 for the Manifold Pressure (which I cannot reach, at full throttle I am at about 23.5), mixture is peak EGT + 100 °F (4 small ticks to the left) and 2500 RPM. According to the best power cruise (75 % power) diagram I should have a fuel flow of 12.7 gph. But I am somehow at 14.5 gph.
What am I doing wrong?
