I apologize if this is a duplicate post, new to the forum and I could not find my original post. I purchased the arrow and ran the installer but the aircraft does not show up in MSFS 2020. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and I am still dealing with the same issue. Any ideas? I opened a trouble ticket but it has been two days without a response. Thank you.
