Custom Livery Reg Number; Tie Downs; Chocks Disappearing

Whenever I choose the Custom Livery, the MSFS user-assigned Registration number disappears when you move away from the aircraft either in flight or on the ground. When on the ground, the Tie Downs and Chocks on all of the Liveries also disappear when moving away from the aircraft. I have submitted a ticket.
