Hi! I bought this plane a few days ago and I must say that the internal and external quality of the textures is surprisingly low.

This is very apparent in the cockpit when you just zoom in a little bit.

Can we expect a resolution update to the 8K standards?

P.S.: Otherwise the product is great, keep up the good work!

This hasn't changed even after the MSFS 2024 update. The text is a garbled mess. Just Flight perhaps we can get a high resolution Texture Pack? Screenshot 2026-10-11 164013.jpg Screenshot 2026-10-11 164105.jpg

@TJ-Turner We just need a full on overhaul but they're radio silent on that front. It's really disappointing as these could be among the best aircraft in the sim if they bothered with them.

EFB with options as is standard now (not the default EFB mount please), texture update, bugs fixed etc.

Come on JF, you need to sort it.

Probably because the team is knee deep on the LJ45.

Whilst the current generation of our PA28s for MSFS are starting to show their age (they were some of the first payware aircraft for MSFS 2020 back in 2021), they should look considerably better than what you are seeing there.

The screenshots on our product pages show what you should be seeing:

@jmarkows Before this they were knee deep in the Fokker. What's the next excuse going to be? Unfortunately they're far from the only dev always chasing the next release, while leaving older products to rot.

Accusing them of leaving older products to rot about two weeks after they released emergency hot fix to fix something a sim update broke is certainly a choice.

I, too, wish their team was bigger so older products got refreshed faster, I'm just less of an entitled ass about it.

@jmarkows It's not about being entitled (although customers certainly have the right to criticise when they've spent money). It's about being told an update is coming which never does.

The resolution of the texts are just horrible on xbox. Other GA aircraft have far better text resolution (A2A for example). Surely you can increase the text resolution now right?

@tlvid That's some accusation but each to their own and you're entitled to your own opinion.

For the record though, this very product has received 19 separate updates since the release. Our other GA aircraft around the same number. So that would suggest quite the opposite of leaving it to rot. These products were released some five years ago and have proved immensely popular but over time they are going to show their age and become eclipsed somewhat by more recent offerings. We try our best given the size of the team and business to improve all of our aircraft, which is no mean feat given the constant stream of sim updates, new third party add-ons for GA aircraft and the like but there comes a time when commercial reality rears its ugly head and we simply have to move on and prioritise other projects to ensure the viability and safety of the business.

Furthermore and to defend ourselves further (not that it should be a requirement) we have managed just two brand new releases in the past 24 months and that's largely down to us spending the majority of our time updating current products to ensure 2024 compatibility and to give everything quality of life improvements where requested and possible. That again wouldn't suggest we're keen on leaving our products to rot.

Finally, we do aim to supply a set of updates for the GA fleet (that will be the 20th update) and then we'll be following up with something a lot more exciting on this front but more on all of that fairly soon.

Sorry you're not happy with how things have turned out and are currently with your PA-28 Warrior and the current solutions suggested aren't helping you but there was a bit of balance required here so I hope this post gives a little context to the situation. Thank you.
