fs traffic Control center crashes

Hello

I have installed fs traffic control center.
after i fill in the fs traffic package location the app doesnt start anymore,
if i hit the startbuttun a couple of times i get the notice "this aplication is already running"
bus there is no active sreen opened.
and in the taskmanager i see it standing in the list

if i leave it on standard so no map selected the app starts normal.
what could be the problem and what is the correct standard location to navigate to?
