Problems with EGCC

Hi, I've installed FS Traffic and it all works. However when traffic takes off from runway 23L at Manchester it uses the grass adjacent to the runway rather than the tarmac! Planes land correctly. This happens using stock scenery or the iniBuilds EGCC scenery.
I've tried clearing the rolling cache and many other potential fixes but it makes no difference.
Anyone any ideas?
