Autopilot issue

In this configuration with zero warning lights, every 15 minutes or so the autopilot just decides to put me in a 90 degree bank which I have to recover manually. I have to disconnect the AP, when reconnecting the AP the plane immediately returns to the correct route.
My only warning is the "BANK ANGLE" audible announcement, there are no alerts lit up. As you can see from the nav screen the route is almost dead straiht so no turns expected.
Just trying to find out if I'm missing something or if it's a SU5 beta bug. It's my favourite plane!
