No ATC respond sound and no ATIS sound

Just purchased this nice little plane at MS store for MSFS2020. Everything works well besides i have no MS ATC sound when recieving, but ok when im transmitting. There is also no ATIS sound.
I know this problem has been reported before, so maybee the gost is back in connection with latest MS update.
I have no problems with other planes eg defaults, Carenados Mooney, PMDG ect.

The volume of the ATC is controlled with the two knobs on the GMA340 (highlighted below):

When starting cold and dark, those volume controls may be set to OFF by default.

Thanks for your kind reply, i dident solve the problem since the radio was on and even i hear a very low voice i cannot adjust volume, turning the knob does not change the very low output.
