Just Flight products originally purchased via Market place but steam version of MSFS2020

Not asking for myself but for an old friend.

He had Steam msfs2020 which Steam support could not get fixed.
He purchased via marketplace addons like the Hawk T1, now he has purchased the Microsoft store MSFS2020 and wanting to put aircraft back on?

How can he reinstall a Just Flight product that was originally via Market Place on Steam msfs2020 into MIcrosoft store msfs2020?

Purchases on the marketplace are platform specific. You can't transfer from Steam to MS store or vice versa.
