Will this ever get an update for them? If not, will the F70/F100 have them?

Failures are something we have logged on our internal feature request trackers for all the products you have mentioned; however, it is not something we currently have in development. From our experience adding failure logic to our 146 Professional and RJ Professional, we believe the amount of development work involved is better suited to other areas of the products.
With that being said, all of our aircraft have accurate systems functionality. For example, switching off an engine generator will have accurate consequences, but we don't have any wider failure systems in development at this time.

True, though it's not just about failures like switching off an engine. Can be many things, after all there is a reason you do a bunch of tests to make sure stuff works well.
Is it something that'll be in the F70/F100 at least?
Always kinda nice to know the tests have a point instead of being basically higher level roleplay
