Airport Vehicle Density 1 Or 0?

I was reading thru the manual after installing version 1.0.7 and I noticed on page 7 that in Step 3 it says to set AIRPORT VEHICLE DENSITY: 0. But then following that in the graphic of MSFS options it shows the AIRPORT VEHICLE DENSITY set to 1. And on page 11 it also says to set AIRPORT VEHICLE DENSITY: 0. But then following that in the graphic of MSFS options on page 12 it shows the AIRPORT VEHICLE DENSITY set to 1. Should it be set to 1 or 0?
