Unable to set NAV 1 Course

I am unable to set a COURSE for NAV1. Turning the knob animates the digits but always returning to 000. The COURSE for NAV2 can be set successfully. I have tried this in the 1000 and 3000 version so far and will try the others and report back.

I can confirm I have checked the bindings and no conflicts or settings that I can see are causing the issue.

If you are currently set to GPS the course can't be set - the FCU selector needs to be NAV rather than GPS (the one on the left side of pilots glareshield. I was able to set CRS once NAV was selected.

Ok, so very weird. As usual to debug these sort of things, removed everything from community folder and exe.xml. Loaded up and it was now working ok. Ok, a conflict perhaps? Gradually put everything back .... still works. So back as it was before but working. Most strange. Will continue to monitor.

Good to know! Yeah, this one is weird. Never encountered it while I was testing. Let us all know if it happens again!

Another forum user recently experienced this same issue with our RJ Professional, and that seemed to be caused by a recent TDS GTNXi update: https://community.justflight.com/topic/7652/can-t-dial-course-1

We would recommend updating the TDS GTNXi and then seeing if that has solved the issue in the F28.

I had this issue too. After reading this thread, I updated my TDS750 and it solved my Course/NAV 1 issue.
