TRP Not Powered Up

When I start up in EFB TO status and start preparing the aircraft FMC the TRP is not powered up. I've noticed this with starting Cold and Dark and prepping from there as well. I must be missing some switch or process. Anyway looking for guidance. Thank You!

Something that can catch people out with the TRP is that it doesn't turn on instantly as soon as power is applied, as it requires the FGC test to be completed. I believe that takes 45 seconds to complete after power is applied, so it can look like the TRP isn't powering on initially. If you are triggering the "Ready For TO" state from cold and dark, it may take 1-2 minutes for the TRP to power on.

TRP did not power up at all. I did exactly as I did during the previous 4 flights - following the "Flying the RJ" section of the manual. No TRP (blank) and no A/T either.
