I am not shure if it a GSX Problem: After changening Gate Type back to Stairs in EFB no more GSX Stairs are available for AFT Pax.
The stairs are something that is entirely controlled by GSX and can vary depending on the airport profile used. We just provide coordinates for where the stairs can connect to in our GSX Profiles for the RJ.

o.k. After Reinstall the RJ an rerun the GSX Konfig the Stairs are back.
