Complete shut down and loss of EFB upon spawning

Loading on ramp cold & dark or on runway - ALL instruments turn off within seconds, a partially visible PILOT’s microphone sneaks up like a snake, the EFB is gone completely. Creepy but makes this master piece unusable. Was working perfectly fine yesterday and earlier today - I have not changed any settings, updated Navigraph to the latest cycle etc. I remember that I have enabled state saving earlier today and read that this can cause issues but I can’t revert that now that the EFB is gone… What is going on?

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the RJ, removed and reinstalled all Navigraph updates, all to no avail. I do not understand where the EFB went - just the cockpit surface left, the EFB is completely gone....
