Probably a RTFM issue, but on the first flight in the RJ with 2024 all my engine guages except N1 are flashing after take off.

I've switched to Climb off Toga and not sure if there is anything else obvious I am missing. I think I followed the usual flows after take off?

Edit: They've all winked out now making me think it's a WASM issue. I think I did all the steps in the FAQ, but I will double check/

    Thanks, that helps.

Good thing I have an older installer to revert.

I've seen this now (so far just in 2024). I've seen it on 50% of my flights. Happening at random time, sometimes around takeoff, sometimes at cruise. Sometimes it'll just be the right side, sometimes it'll be both sides.

They usually blink for a minute or 2 then go back to normal... I don't notice anything else happening or going wrong when it happens.

The N1, N2 and EGT displays on the PED will flash if the associated values exceed the steady state take-off limit for more than 10 seconds or the transient take-off limit. The flashing will stop once the speed is reduced to the takeoff limit.

The N2 and EGT displays will also flash if the MCT limit is exceeded for more than 5 minutes. The flashing will stop once the speed is reduced to the MCT limit.

@Mark I will try again later to rule this out. However, would that explain why the displays just went dark for the rest of the flight?

As far as I'm aware, as long as there are no active failures, and the PED has suitable electrical power, there should be no reason why the PED should power off in flight.

If you run into that issue again, if you are able to share a screenshot/video of that then that may help us see what may be causing that.
