    1. I imported my Simbrief flight plan into the efb. Is there a way to send the fuel/weight data to the fms?

    2. Took off and was climbing without any problems, then the #3 engine shut off. There was plenty of fuel. Why would this happen? I tried to restart it but was unable to. How do I do that?

Tried again. This time after pushing back the plane refused to move. Chocks removed, parking brake off. Even at full throttle no movement. What the heck is wrong this time?

Third attempt. All engines start OK except #2. Tried starting it exactly the same way as the others but it refuses to catch when the fuel is turned on. What the heck is wrong this time?

    Can I get a refund?

These aren't issues we have seen reported by other users, so we suspect there may be some control assignment conflicts that are causing these issues.

If I could kindly ask you to open a ticket with Just Flight Support via the following link our support team will be able to assist with troubleshooting this: https://www.justflight.com/support

I was finally able to complete a flight. I'm pretty sure the engines shutting off was my own fault. The plane not moving hasn't recurred. If I have any other consistent problems I'll open a ticket. Thanks.
