2024 RJ Secondary EFIS and MCDU are blank....

Hello, Im very familiar with this aircraft and when turning on the Aircraft with ground power and batteries on the Secondary EFIS and the MCDU are completely blank. Ive tried restarting the sim like someone mentioned and still blank Secondary EFIS and Blank MCDU. Thank you.
