EFB crash

The EFB has crashed several times on both the RJ and 146 when accessing charts on xbox linked to navigraph. No particular SID or STAR but when selected temporarily blacks out cockpit screens and the tablet and then needs OFP reconnect to simbrief. Anyone else noticed this?
