Tutorial problem - No ground steering and no flaps

I have tried this a couple of times, but when I load the tutorial flight and proceed through the documentation, everything is fine until I try to taxi. No matter what EFB setting I try, ground steering does not work and flaps don't work.

I have tried spawning directly to the runway and these issues do not appear. Not sure if a standard cold and dark would also give me this problem and will test, but I really wanted to follow the tutorial flight.

I found my problem. I missed turning on ENG 2 and 3 hydraulic pumps. It was at the bottom of the page. That's what happens when you start getting impatient I suppose.
