HOLDING PATTERN

Good morning, when I put together a holding pattern, for example, at the point FEBRI (Approximation ILS Chart Jeppensen 8-Dec-23 (11-3)ILS Z Airport LEBB) and at the point RILKO (Approximation RNV Chart Jeppensen 10-mar-23 (12-6) RNP Z RWY 18R LEMD airport), the UNS-1 FMS takes the plane to a skipper on the opposite side and parallel to the one established in the navigation charts and I do not get it to take it to the right place. I have installed the latest AIRAC (2404). It doesn't matter if you set the pattern by entering from the left, or from the right. What can I be doing wrong?

We are aware of an issue that can cause 'tri-oval' shaped holding patterns when selecting the 'left' direction on the UNS-1. The UNS-1 holding pattern logic has been reworked for the next update to the 146 Professional and this is currently in testing. The next update will fix the 'left' holding pattern issue and it should also be an overall improvement in the way holding patterns are flown.
