Traffic injected without FS Traffic running

Despite having all traffic settings set to Off or Zero I am getting live traffic injected as soon as I spawned into an airport despite having no traffic injectors running. The problem cleared when I removed [justflight-fstraffic-module], [justflight-aircraft-traffic-fleet] and [justflight-fstraffic-controlcentre] from the community folder.
I compared the traffic movements with Flightradar24 and it was Real Traffic that was being injected.
Is there something running in the background that I am unaware off that was injecting these FSTraffic models in as real traffic?
