How long does it take to receive a key?
I hope it comes by email because during the purchase process I did not notice a key.The purchase process was a bit tacky. I had to keep my bank customer support person on the phone to help me to get the transaction to go through. Strange!

Full instructions are sent by email once the purchase is made. If you don't have those, check your spam folder.
To access the key you need to log in to a JF account. If you didn't create one when making your purchase go here:

Choose 'forgotten password' and this will allow you to set a password and access your account.
