No longer capture GPS with nav switch
-
When I first got this plane I could get it to work, but now it won't capture GPS, same with an RNAV. I have couple knob on nav, AP is on,heading switch is on, CDI on G530 is GPS and nav/gps sourse switch is GPS. Anyone else having this issue?

@chiron I am having the same issue with GNS530. AP turns to selected heading in Heading mode (HDG selected on mode switch) but not to follow VOR or GPS Course (NAV or OMNI selected on the mode switch). Heading and Autopilot switches are both on.
Also altitude hold seems to be on whenever Autopilot switch is on whether the hidden switch is engaged or not. I cannot control pitch using yoke or trim.
No problems when using GPS or NAV course with GPS100.
This began a couple of weeks ago and has some posts in FS community forum https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/piper-arrow-iii-jf-autopilot-nav-issue/598254?u=lagoyu -
@chiron
I can confirm, exactly the same problem!
I made the video showing that it doesn't follow the flight path in GPS mode.

Thanks for getting back to me, good to know I'm not going crazy. Because I know I had this working at one point. I was wondering too if it has anything to do with AAU 2 update. Hope Just flight is aware of this problem and will get it sorted out.

Same here, for xbox this means it’s almost broken due to limited GPS options…

Same problem for me with gps on G530.
The problem also occurs on the warrior II -
Same problem, please fix. Also please fix the invisible VNAV autopilot that's screwing things up also.
