Unable to retract gear

Hello all,
I'm with the latest version 1.7 and install in admin mode.
After take off, i'm unable to retract gear (From my honeycomb or simply by the keyboard). I began the flight by the cold and dark situation, all my hydraulics gauges are on the green arc as my electric panel.
