unable to compile traffic database

I just bought this product... I am unable to compile traffic database
I kept getting "unhandled exception... not able to access file "FlightPlanResolutions.txt"
if I choose to "continue"... then appears "Traffic Global Flight Plans Generating Flight Plans..." but it kept on spinning for hours...
Anyone know what is going on?

Je n'ai plus d'erreurs d'exceptions suite "point" à la place de la "virgule"

I had the same problem for a long time but managed to get it working by coincidence. What I did was to got to national settings in Windows 10 and change the setting for decimal point from a comma to a point. Then restarted the PC (it did not work before restart) and suddenly I got Global Traffic to compile cargo and GA flights without errors. Not sure if it would work for you but it might be worth a try.Jord77

Contacting JF Support might be safer.
