JF warrior II battery at 0 volts
-
Hey guys. I've been having an issue with the JF warrior II, the plane is indicating 0 volts in the tablet, and the battery doesn't make a click noise when I try turn it on, it appears also the recharge button doesn't work at all so it is stuck at 0 volts. The only way to turn on the aircraft is to CTRL + E to get it to start but once it's started it seems to have a good time running and the alternator appears to be charging even though that battery is still at 0 volts.
Below I have posted some pictures of what is happening and I hope you guys can sort it out for me, I can give any information to you guys if you require it. ( And yes, I tried a reinstall. it worked but then failed shortly after)

@starflexthe2nd Make sure the ALTERNATOR FIELD circuit braker is not pulled out... This can accidently happen when you try to click on the copilot yoke to hide it.

Hi, looking at your screenshot, I can't see the volts displayed on the EFB. The alternator only shows the current load, not the charge or discharge of the battery. It doesn't look like you have much on, so it wouldn't show a significant load. But you could have a problem with your installation, have you tried a reinstall of the airplane?

@katchaplin A reinstall of the plane does work, temporary for about the first flight. But after that it seems to not work again (shown below.) I just came back for the second day of flying to notice my battery dead again and no click to turn it on.

@retiredman93231 I don't think this is the case, shown in the video I've linked below. You can also see me flicking the battery and alternator a few times to no success straight on the ground.

@katchaplin Yeah contacted JF support because it is 0V and not able to be recharged.

@starflexthe2nd, The inability to recharge the battery from the EFB is a known bug caused by MSFS... But, your battery should be getting constantly charged by the Alternator, if it is ON and working correctly. After starting the engine, increase the throttle to 2000 RPM then verify that the Alternator Ampere gauge shows current flowing. With all of the lights and the fuel pump ON it should be very near full scale.
