    Is this prototypical or bug?

When you click the "PULL IDENT" knob on the KX155B or the KNS81, the appropriate NAV switch on the audio panel flips. So if you "pull" (well, click) the "PULL IDENT" knob of the NAV 1 radio, the NAV 1 switch on the audio panel flips.

I am wondering if this is how the real equipment works? I mean, does pulling a knob on the radio make the switch on the audio panel flip? Or is this a simplified behavior? Or a bug?

I am not familiar with how the real-world unit behaves but I find it surprising that an interaction with the "PULL IDENT" knob on the NAV radio triggers the switch on the audio panel.

What I expected is that both the "PULL IDENT" and the appropriate NAV switch on the audio panel needs to be manipulated individually by the pilot in order for the station identifier to be heard.

Also, I am not sure if the pulling (well, clicking) of the small adjustment knob is supposed to be animated but I do not see any movement of the knob when "pulled".

You are correct that both the knob and the switch should be actuated to hear the identifier in the real aircraft, but there is no convenient way for me to simulate this in an aircraft that also makes use of third party GPS systems. In other words, I could accomplish this myself, but since other GPS units already make use of the default NAV IDENT variable, there is no way for me to override their behavior, or at least not in an intuitive way.
