Reality XP GTN 750/650 Touch vs TDS GTNXi

Hello everybody,
Iam considering to buy additional navigation system for this A/C thus I need "navigation display". For me default GTN530 would be totally enough but unfortunately this option is not available.
I want to buy Reality XP GTN 750/650 which is officially supported by JustFlight RJ 146 so I do expect this system as fully 3d object in virtual cockpit of aircraft fully functional. What iam afraid that AIRAC updates are paid, or what is the last version of actual AIRAC in this system?

TDS GTNXi XPlane which should have standard Navigraph support AIRAC, but question is, is this system fully functional on this aircraft nicely and fully modeled in the virtual cockpit? or just 2D panel/window?
