    Hi,

So far i did 10 flights from my schedule, but after 5 schedule days the schedule is stuck on the fifth day while those last two flights of the fifth day are flown and logged in my logbook.

The schedule jumps from day 5 to day 10 though....and from day 10 counts further until day 50.

    Any clue whats going on?

Could I kindly ask you to generate a Support Package within the Fly the Line app (instructions here) and then include that Support Package in a ticket to Just Flight Support via the following link: https://www.justflight.com/support

Our support team can then collaborate with the Fly the Line development team to see if they can spot anything in the logs that has gone amiss.

In the meantime, you should be able to regenerate your schedule by clicking the 'Edit' icon next to your airline's name at the top right corner of the page. That should regenerate the schedules from your next day onwards and get you unstuck.

        Hi Mark,

I didn't have acces to my FS the last few days, sorry for the late reply.

Regenerating the schedule as you wrote is not working, it says: "You can only change your airlines schedule and details before flying the first sector of the day".

I will generate a Support Package.

The "You can only change your airlines schedule and details before flying the first sector of the day" was some logic that was intentionally added in the v1.0.388 update to Fly the Line. We were seeing some instances where users would edit their current schedule on day 2/3/4, and it had the potential to affect how Fly the Line would generate/display schedules going forward. So this logic was added as an extra safety precaution to prevent anything from going awry with the schedules.

This logic may be removed in a future update; however, for now, schedules can only be edited before starting Day 1 of the schedule.

          Hope that helps.

            Hi Mark,

How would it help when I can not edit it like you explained in your message 5 days ago....?

In other words, you gave me a solution that I am not able to follow up because I am stuck in the schedule.

My comment above was intended for informational purposes regarding the reason why that logic exists in the product. For product support, creating a ticket with Just Flight Support will always be the best option: https://www.justflight.com/support
